- Work in close collaboration with the Company Operations team on building the backbone of a quickly growing startup in the Munich Deep Tech ecosystem.
- Depending on your interests and the team’s priorities, your focus may include:
- Support with accounting and financial modeling to ensure the leadership team has a great data basis for day to day decisions.
- Support with introduction of new tools across financial operations.
- Support with HR and related administration tasks.
- Organization and execution of company events.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
- Practical experience in startup environments or consulting, e.g. through student initiatives, internships, or other extra curricular activities
- Ideally experience with the toolstack around company operations (e.g. DATEV, Personio, ...)
- 15+ hours availability.
